Jean Jensen

Managing Broker

Jean Jensen brings extensive experience across all sectors of Commercial Real Estate, offering clients strategic guidance built on years of hands-on expertise. An Arizona resident for over 20 years, Jean is deeply knowledgeable and passionate about the state’s rapidly growing market, while also excelling in national expansion and portfolio strategy.

Jean’s career began in 2007, navigating clients through the challenges of the economic downturn with a focus on distressed property sales. Her drive to find solutions led her to work as a real estate paralegal specializing in loss mitigation—where she mastered the art of creative problem solving and deal structuring.

In 2014, Jean was hired as Director of Marketing and Business Development at a firm focused on property and asset management and trustee sale acquisitions. As an investment advisor, she developed strong client relationships—many of whom remain close business partners and friends today. Her commitment to their success, transparent communication style, and her genuine respect for the individuals she works with.

Later, Jean stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer for a prominent Arizona-based investment company. There, she oversaw more than 150 transactions annually across all CRE asset types. Managing a substantial portfolio, a team of 10 employees, and up to 50 contractors, Jean honed her skills in high-intensity investment strategies, leadership, and operational excellence.

Jean’s transition into commercial brokerage was a natural progression. Over the course of her career she’s represented a wide range of clients in leasing, acquisitions and portfolio growth; they include national corporations, visionary developers, franchisees, small business owners and independent investors. As the Managing Broker at Davis Commercial she is focused on growing the firm, hiring and mentoring it’s team of brokers and agents and expanding the company’s presence in the Phoenix metro market.

Jean has been an active member of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council and the International Counsil of Shopping Centers. She studied at Arizona State University, where she was a Cheerleader. She is a proud mother of two, has lived in the Phoenix Metro Area for 22 years and enjoys aerial acrobatics and fashion design.
