David Roberson has been involved in the sales, management, and development of commercial real estate in Arizona for most of his extensive career. His main objective has always been to put the client’s needs first and to be actively involved in each transaction from beginning to end. 

His Arizona real estate experience began after moving to Scottsdale in 1998. He has been fortunate to have been involved in the tremendous growth of the valley from acres of dirt to what it is today.  

Since obtaining his Arizona real estate broker’s license, he has been involved in over 200 individual closed transactions totaling over $215 million. The types of transactions included: 

• office sales and leasing 
• self-storage site location and development
• industrial leasing/sales 
• land sales, both residential and commercial

Dave and his wife reside in Scottsdale, Arizona. They enjoy travelling to the U.S. National Parks and experiencing Arizona’s many natural attractions.
