As principal of Davis Commercial AZ, Andrea Davis works closely with investors to help them expand their portfolios.  She successfully helps developers pre-lease and pre-sell new commercial projects throughout the Valley. Passionate about meeting the real estate objectives of her clients, Andrea has closed millions of square feet throughout her many years of brokerage experience.

Andrea’s success with asset acquisition and property development stems from her time at WAM Development Group. She then gained valuable experience in the sale of owner/user office properties with Shea Commercial and Cavan Commercial, representing both buyers and sellers. And throughout her time at NAI Horizon, Andrea specialized in labor demographics, analytics, and site selection along with charter school tenant representation. She is honored to be a recipient of the Chairman’s Gold Circle Award, and a CCIM member since 2008. 

As a regular educational blogger for the BrokerList,  top commercial real estate influencer on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X,  Andrea is recognized as a commercial real estate thought leader. She is regularly seen in the local media and has been a guest on various local radio shows. Her book, SimpLEASEity™, neutralizes leasing fears and is the first in a series of commercial real estate guidebooks. Her second book, Simply Own It, the American Dream was published in fall 2024 to share the process and value of commercial real estate ownership. Her next book is in the works.

Andrea’s extensive real estate career coupled with her experience as an accomplished chef, contribute to her keen attention to detail and knack for putting together the ingredients needed to negotiate a successful deal.  She also has 10 years of experience in acting and voicework, which enables her to communicate well and relate to others effectively. Andrea currently lives in Scottsdale, AZ, with her husband, daughter and two rescues.
