Alex Warner graduated from the University of Arizona where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban & Regional Development and minored in real estate development and philosophy. A rising commercial real estate professional, Alex discovered a passion for the industry, gaining professional experience through a variety of internships during his college years. Prior to joining Davis Commercial AZ as an Associate, he interned with CBRE under their industrial and retail broker teams and worked for Brookfield Property Development in the firm’s land and housing department. Alex also spent 18 months with Project Destined, where he worked with Trammel Crow Properties as a commercial real estate intern pitching a multifamily project to potential investors. Originally from Detroit, Alex brings his Midwestern grit and drive to the job. Tapping into his strong skills in relationship building and hands-on approach to learning, Alex works alongside Davis Commercial’s team of experienced brokers conducting market research, tenant outreach and property analysis. Alex served as VP of Outreach for nearly three years on the executive board of the Eller Commercial Real Estate Club. In addition to his genuine interest in real estate strategy and an eagerness to grind, Alex enjoys spending time golfing and working out to relax and unwind.
