Andrea Davis, CCIM, is the Principal and Designated Broker of Davis Commercial AZ—and a firm believer that commercial real estate is one of the most powerful tools for building long-term wealth.

With decades of experience and millions of square feet closed, Andrea has built her career helping investors, business owners, and developers make smarter real estate decisions. From acquiring investment properties and repositioning assets to site selection, development, leasing, and disposition, she has worked on nearly every side of a commercial real estate transaction.

That perspective didn’t come from a textbook. Andrea’s career includes asset acquisition and development with WAM Development Group, owner-user sales with Shea Commercial and Cavan Commercial, and site selection, analytics, labor demographics, and tenant representation with NAI Horizon. Today, she puts that experience to work for clients throughout Arizona—helping them uncover opportunities, understand the numbers, manage risk, and recognize where value can be created.

A CCIM since 2008 and recipient of the Chairman’s Gold Circle Award, Andrea is also an author and passionate CRE educator. Her first book, SimpLEASEity™, takes the mystery out of commercial leasing. Her second, Simply Own It: The American Dream, helps business owners navigate commercial property ownership. Her third, Simply Invest: How Successful Investors Think, is currently underway and explores what she has learned from years of working alongside savvy commercial real estate investors.

Before CRE, Andrea was an accomplished chef and spent 10 years acting and doing voicework. She still draws on both careers today: know your ingredients, pay attention to the details, communicate clearly—and be ready to improvise when the deal takes an unexpected turn.

Andrea lives in Scottsdale with her husband, daughter, and two rescue dogs.
